The second political debate ahead of the September 3 general election season is set for 9’o clock tonight.
It will concern issues pertaining to the economy.
The team from the JLP will feature Finance Minister, Fayval Williams, Health Minister, Dr. Chris Tufton and Education Minister, Dr. Dana Morris Dixon.
They will match wits with the PNP’s Julian Robinson, Peter Bunting and Kisha Anderson.
The proceedings will be moderated by Deputy Executive Editor/Producer at Nationwide News, George Davis.
Tuesday’s debate follows the opening clash, on social issues, staged last Saturday.
The debates are organised by the Jamaica Debates Commission.
The third and final one, on leadership, is set for Thursday, August 28.
It will feature Prime Minister, Dr Andrew Holness and Opposition Leader, Mark Golding.
Nationwide News will have live coverage of Tuesday’s debate, starting at 8:30PM.
