
A delegation of twenty secondary school leaders from Belize are currently attending the 30 Biennial Conference of the Caribbean Association of Principals of Secondary Schools (CAPSS). Held under the theme “Empowering Educational Leaders for Sustainability: Navigating Challenges, Inspiring Innovation and Excellence,” the event focuses on enhancing the capacity of school leaders to drive meaningful change in Caribbean secondary education. The conference consists of a series of workshops, discussions, and presentations designed to tackle pressing challenges, foster innovation, and promote leadership excellence. The BAPSS made clear the importance of Belize’s presence at the conference, noting that it offers an invaluable opportunity for school leaders to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and bring back actionable strategies to improve educational outcomes at home. The conference will run thin July 27and is being hosted in Grenada.
