Shyne Barrow to Deliver Keynote Address at Bermuda Labour Banquet

Former Leader of the Opposition Shyne Barrow will travel to Bermuda later this week to deliver the keynote address at the Bermuda Industrial Union’s Annual Labour Day Banquet. The event, scheduled for Friday, September 11, at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess and Beach Club, is already sold out. It forms part of activities marking the union’s 80th anniversary.  Organisers say Barrow was selected because his journey reflects resilience, reinvention and public service. A release from The Bermuda Industrial Union says the banquet will be an evening of unity, recognition and celebration, and the address from Barrow is highly anticipated.
