Grenadian singer-songwriter V’ghn has officially released his highly anticipated EP V’ghn – Point of View, which dropped on Friday, August 29, 2025, following a whirlwind summer of performances across the Caribbean, the US, Canada, and the UK.

Point of View is a bold nine-track collection that captures V’ghn’s versatility and growth as an artist, blending soca, afrobeats, reggae, and R&B across a three-act journey. The project features dynamic collaborations, including UK artist Not3s on A List and Trinidadian producer Travis World on the infectious Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. Other standout tracks include Jab Decisions, inspired by Grenada’s traditional Jab Jab masquerade and story, which showcases V’ghn’s vulnerable side as he reflects on identity, rejection, and resilience.

The 10-track EP’s early momentum has been strong, with Jab Decisions embraced as a cultural anthem during Grenada’s Spice Mas 2025 celebrations. V’ghn’s summer performances in Grenada, Toronto, New York, and London further solidified his role as a cultural bridge, taking Grenadian traditions to global stages.

“This project represents different phases of my life and the challenges I’ve overcome,” V’ghn said. “It’s a declaration of who I am, what I’ve learned, and how I see the world. Music has always been my way of telling that story, and with Point of View, I’m letting people in on a deeper level.”

Known as the youngest Soca Monarch finalist in Grenada’s history, V’ghn has also built a reputation as a songwriter, penning hits for artists including Konshens, Christopher Martin, and Nadia Batson. In April 2025, he was appointed the Caribbean’s first-ever World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) IP Youth Ambassador, further highlighting his influence beyond music.

With Point of View now out in the world, V’ghn cements his position not only as one of the region’s most versatile hitmakers but also as a cultural champion, sharing the energy and spirit of the Caribbean with international audiences.
