Earlier, the tourists resuming on 546 for 6, declared their first innings on 600 for 7.
Captain Marques Ackerman made 209, Jordan Hermann 52, Jason Smith 56, and Rivaldo Moonsamy 68.
Ojay Shields and Ronaldo Alimohamed took 2-wickets each.
