South Africa women beat the West Indies by 166-runs via the Duckworth Lewis method in the third and final ODI at the Three Ws oval in Barbados, on Tuesday.

With the win South Africa claim the three match series 2-1.

Set a second revised target of 288 from 39 overs to win, the Windies made 121 for 9.

Former captain Stafanie Taylor was unable to take to the field.

Aaliyah Alleyne made 32 and Jahzara Claxton 43.

Masabata Klaas took 4 for 25.

Earlier, the tourists made 278 for 6.

Tazmin Britz made 101 off 91-balls which included 8-fours and 4-sixes, while captain Laura Wolvaardt made 75.

Afy Fletcher took 3 for 53 for the Windies.
