Spragga Benz blasts politicians over dubplates

Spragga Benz is calling out both the JLP and the PNP just days before the next general election.

The dancehall veteran says these are some of the most serious times Jamaicans have ever faced, yet instead of addressing the real issues, politicians are using dubplates as a distraction.

So far, Masicka, Jahshii, and Valiant have voiced for the JLP, while Yaksta and Khago have dropped dubs for the PNP.

Frustrated with the political scene, Spragga declared he does not trust politicians and has pledged his allegiance to the Maroons.

But he is not alone. Bounty Killer showed support by reposting Spragga’s video, sharing a passionate caption blasting both politicians and citizens for prioritizing dubplate clashes over serious national issues.

With Jamaicans heading to the polls on September 3, the debate over music in politics is heating up.
