St. George’s College are the 2025 ISSA Under-16 Urban Area Schoolboy basketball champions.
The light Blues achieved the feat after beating Camperdown by a Narrow 47-46 in game-2 of their best-of-three final at the Stadium courts on Tuesday.
St. George’s led in all three quarters of the game.
They were in front 12-10 at the end of the first quarter, 24/15 in the second and 38-28 in the third.
Camperdown’s best performance came if the 4th quarter when they scored 16-points to St. George’s 9.
Meanwhile, Game-2 in the under-19 competition between Campion College and St. Catherine High was called off with Campion leading 10-6 due to rain.
Campion lead the series 1-nil following their 50-47 win in game-1.
