The top three schools on both the boys and girls side remains the same on Wednesday’s final day of the Central High Schools Athletics Championships at GC Foster College.
After 24 finals on the boys’ side, St. Jago lead with 201 points, followed by Edwin Allen, 140. points, and Clarendon College, 93 points.
On the girls’ side, Edwin Allen lead with 211 points after 23 finals. They are followed by Holmwood Technical, 150 points, and Hydel, 145 points.
Kelly-Ann Carr of Edwin Allen added the 400 metres hurdles to her 400 metres title winning the hurdles event in 57.27 seconds. Aaliyah Mullings of Hydel finished second in 1:00.16 and Charissa December of Vere third in 1:00.71.

St. Jago finished first and second in the class one boys 400 metres hurdles.
Brandon Harris took the gold in 52.43 seconds, with his teammate Malachi Needham second in 54.50 seconds and Shawn Walter of Holmwood third in 55.17 seconds.
