The Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association, JAAA, announced a galaxy of stars who will compete at the Jamaica Athletics Invitational.
The meet is set for the National Stadium on May 11.
Some of the big names down to compete are, women’s sprint hurdles world record holder, Tobi Amusan, and 2022 World 100-metres champion, Fred Kerley.
Reigning Olympic champion Hansle Parchment, Rasheed Broadbell, world indoor 60-metres champion Julien Alfred, Dina Asher-Smith, National triple jump champion Jaydon Hibbert and Olympic 100-metres hurdles bronze medallist Megan Tapper are also down to compete.
Athletes liaison for the meet, Marvin Anderson, says such quality athletes will attract more big names.
