SVL promotes synergy as they look to make their mark in the entertainment industry

It is for these and myriad of other reasons that many seek to jump into the entertainment swimming pool and pray that they will swim successfully with profits and not drown in debt. And while some float seamlessly, others are not as fortunate and have to get out of the pool before they go down. One fairly recent explorer to the entertainment pool is Supreme Venture Limited (SVL), a big fish in the games of chance arena but still a relative newcomer in matters of entertainment. Nevertheless, the SVL team is led by Chairman Gary Peart who, appointed in June 2019, is known for his business savvy and valuable insight. These he now utilizes to take SVL to the next level, charting a course for new waters as they take on the most finicky and particular set of customers better known as the hard-to-please Jamaican patrons.

BUZZZ sat down with Peart to get a handle on how he intends to steer the SVL ship into calm and profitable water in 2025 and beyond and equally as important, what SVL will do to differentiate itself from what the current crop of promoters is offering to a more discerning and demanding public.  As Peart puts it, entertainment is a natural progression for the well-known entity. “Entertainment ranks high in priority for Jamaicans. When you look across the spectrum of entertainment and Jamaican entertainers, they rank as some of the best in the world. Fundamentally, SVL is based on entertainment. Whether it is gaming and horse racing, there are various types of entertainment but I think people colloquially term ‘entertainment’ as concerts etc. which is a different type of entertainment.”
