Los Angeles Lakers are on the brink of first round elimination from the NBA playoffs.
The Lakers were beaten 116-113 by Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday and now trail 3-1 in their best of seven Western Conference Series.
Anthony Edwards led Minnesota with 43 points while Luka Doncic was the star man for the Lakers with 38 points.
Minnesota can close out the series on Wednesday when the teams return to LA for game five.
Defending champions Boston Celtics are just a win away from the Eastern Conference semifinals after beating Orlando Magic 107-98 to surge into a 3-1 lead.
The New York Knicks also went 3-1 up in their Eastern Conference series with Detroit Pistons, winning game four 94-93.
