Taekwondo fighters, Jasmine Barrows, Richard Stone and Ackeem Lawrence are all excited for the return of the Jamaica Taekwondo Association Invitational Championships at the Alfred Sangster Auditorium, University of Technology, on March 8.
The post Covid-19 return of the Championship will see competitors from over 25 marital arts schools contest in patterns/forms, sparring, power and technical breaking.
Barrows is a fourth degree black belt.
Lawrence explains the difference between power breaking and technical breaking.
And Stone will be fighting in the heavyweight division.
