Teen Remanded for Allegedly Assaulting Three Minors with Gun

A teenager is on remand tonight, accused of assaulting three minors with a firearm. The teen appeared before Magistrate Ludlow Black on three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm. The charges allege that on Thursday, July 31, the teen intentionally and unlawfully assaulted three other minors. He pleaded not guilty, but due to the nature of the offenses, bail was denied. He was remanded into custody until September 15. The teenager was previously charged with a State of Emergency offense in May of this year, but that case was dismissed by the Chief Magistrate.
