Three Belizean Leaders to Receive Scouting’s Highest Honour

Three distinguished Belizean leaders are set to be recognized for their outstanding national service, as the Scout Association of Belize prepares to confer its highest honour during an upcoming investiture ceremony in Corozal.  The ceremony is scheduled for this Saturday at the Corozal Methodist School, where the Chief Scout will present the prestigious Silver Wolf Award to three prominent figures: Edward N. Musa, Francis Woods, and Rene Villanueva Sr. The Silver Wolf Award is regarded as the highest accolade in Belize’s Scouting movement and is bestowed at the discretion of the Chief Scout. It recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and service to the development of young people and the wider community.  Organizers say the recognition of Musa, Woods, and Villanueva reflects not only their individual accomplishments, but also their continued commitment to national development and youth empowerment, values that are central to the Scouting movement in Belize.
