Three Detained Following Armed Robbery at Independence Brewery

A business compound in Independence Village became the scene of an armed robbery early yesterday morning. Just before one o’clock, four masked armed men arrived at the Caribbean International Brewery in a Kia vehicle and entered the compound with criminal intentions.   Assistant Commissioner of Police Hilberto Romero says their investigation has led them to the vehicle believed to have been used in the robbery as well as the detention of three persons.

Police say no one was injured during the incident.
