Tivoli Beat Harbour View to Move Up to 2nd in the JPL

Midfielder Anthony Nelson scored in the seventh minute to give Tivoli gardens a 1-0 win over Harbour View in the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League at the Anthony Spaulding Complex, on Monday night.

The win moves Tivoli up one place to second on the table with 48 points the same as Cavalier, but with a superior goal difference.

Meanwhile, Humble Lions blanked Lime Hall Academy 6-0 in the first match.

Cleo Clarke put Humble Lion in control of the match with three first half strikes – in the 28th, 43rd and 45th minutes.

Andre Clennon, Tahjay Mccarthy and Chandol Anderson were the other scorers for Humble Lion.

The former Garvey Maceo standout, Clarke, was named man of the match.
