The battle for crucial playoff spots in the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League continues on Thursday with a big double-header at Tony Spaulding Complex.
In the first game at 5 pm, Racing FC will face defending champions Cavalier, while at 7:30 pm, Arnett Gardens and leaders Mount Pleasant will do battle.
Racing are in eighth place on 48 points and will join Tivoli Gardens in seventh on 51 points while Cavalier will remain fifth regardless of the outcome, but they’d move further away from those chasing the last two playoff spots.
Arnett, on 67 points are in a close battle with Montego Bay United for the second automatic semi-final place and victory will move them two points closer.
