At The event, the latest tourism figures were presented, revealing a robust and sustained recovery for the region’s travel sector, with overnight visitor arrivals for the first ten months of 2025. Not only holding steady but significantly exceeding pre-pandemic levels. According to the most recent data on overnight tourist arrivals, the period from January to October 2025 saw a slight 0.4% increase compared to the same period in 2024. More significantly, the data shows a powerful 9.7% surge when measured against the pre-pandemic benchmark year of 2019.
