Tragedy as Teen Drowns in Belize River Near Haulover Bridge

A 14-year-old boy is dead and there is no one alive to hold accountable.  It is a tragedy that hit the family hard particularly when his body was retrieved from the Belize River near the Haulover Bridge.  Reporter Jaleeza Roberts has been following the story since Saturday and filed the following report.
