Trey Williams Shoots Under Par in National Junior Golf Trials

Jamaica’s juniors golfers recently completed a three-day trial under challenging conditions at the Caymanas Golf Club.

The trials were held to select the national junior team to this year’s Caribbean Amateur Junior Golf Championship in July in Jamaica.

Trey Williams was outstanding on the boys side while Mattea Issa was tops among the girls.

Williams was the only golfer to post an under par score with a two-under-par 70 on the final day.

Issa with scores of 81, 80, 81 said the conditions made it difficult for her.
