Trio of thieves Sought After Midtown Restaurant Burglary

Police are working at locating a trio of thieves who targeted Midtown Restaurant last week on Newtown Barracks in Belize City.  In today’s press brief, ACP Hilberto Romero says a firearm and documents were taken.

Midtown Restaurant has been the target of armed robberies on several occasions. In March of last year, a security guard stationed at the business was robbed of his licensed Glock pistol, while in 2018, armed men posing as customers escaped with a substantial amount of cash, jewelry and other valuables.
