The young Reggae Boyz are making their 16th appearance in the final round.
The Jamaicans are working towards a third appearance in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup and first since Mexico 2011.
Saint Lucia is making its third appearance in the qualifiers, where it is searching for its first victory in the tournament.
