Batting first, the Americans were bowled out for 65 inside 19 overs.
Sasha Vallabhaneni 22 and captain Anika Kolan 10 were the only players to reach double figures.
Selena Ross, Kenika Cassar and Trisha Hardat took 2-wickets each.
Chasing 66 to win, the Caribbean women raced to the target inside 14 overs.
Asabi Callender made 20 and Naijanni Cumberbatch 26.
