Defending champions Urban Knights advanced to the semi-final of the National Basketball League after beating Portmore Flames 58-79 in their best of three quarter final series at the Stadium Courts, on Monday night.
Tyrece Spence led the scoring for the Knights with 18 points and seven rebounds, while Nicholai Brown and Ramone Spence scored 11 points each to help the Knights clinch the series 2-0.
Meanwhile, Upper Room Eagles took a 1-0 lead in their series after beating Spanish Town Spartans 80-71.
D’Andre Forbes scored 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Eagles.
