Senior Lecturer of Economics at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Dr. Christine Clarke, says the provision of the associated costs of the government’s slate of new initiatives was the highlight of Finance Minister Fayval Williams’s closing budget presentation.
According to Minister Williams, the Holness administration’s so-called good news measures will cost just over $9 billion.
