Vybz Kartel responds after “shaky vybz” criticism

Following heavy criticism over his recent bathroom antics, dancing around in his underwear, Vybz Kartel has seemingly responded to critics.

In a new video, Kartel appeared seated in his now infamous red robe while addressing the chatter in the caption.

“I am not a bad man. I am a happily engaged international award-winning entertainer! Adidja Azim Palmer, more popularly known as Vybz Kartel. God me say. Family me say. Music me say,” he wrote.

Kartel also added a humorous disclaimer, stating: “Please proceed to enjoy my content expeditiously and enthusiastically which is required under Florida State Law.”

The post has continued to divide social media users. While some fans applauded the dancehall star, calling him “rich and unbothered,” others criticized the videos and dubbed his recent behavior “Shaky Vybz.”

Despite the online debate, Vybz Kartel continues to dominate headlines. The deejay emerged as one of the biggest winners at the International Reggae and World Music Awards on Sunday and is gearing up to release his upcoming album, God & Time, on Wednesday.
