KINGSTON, Jamaica — Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel has earned his fourth Billboard chart entry with PBT, a collaboration alongside American rapper Travis Scott and South African singer Tyla.
The track continues to climb the Billboard Rhythmic Airplay chart, moving from #23 to #18 this week after debuting at #38 on August 16, 2025.
Kartel’s previous Billboard entries include:
- Pon De Floor with Major Lazer, which peaked at #41 on the Dance Digital Song Sales chart in 2010.
- Ramping Shop with Spice, which reached #76 on the Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart.
- Fever, a gold-certified single, which peaked at #36 on R&B/Hip Hop Airplay and #23 on Rap Airplay.
PBT appears on the 17-track compilation Jackboys 2, released July 13 under Cactus Jack Records and Epic Records. The project, featuring Future, Playboi Carti, NBA YoungBoy, GloRilla, 21 Savage, Bun B and others, debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 with 232,000 equivalent album units sold in its first week.

- Sean Paul’s Ginger remains steady at #14 on Rhythmic Airplay.
- Sugar Sweet by Mariah Carey featuring Shenseea and Kehlani slips to #32 on the same chart. It also dips from #17 to #18 on Mainstream R&B/Hip Hop Airplay and from #24 to #26 on R&B/Hip Hop Airplay.
On the Billboard Reggae Albums chart, American ska band Bumpin Uglies debut at #7 with Crawling Up the Wall, their sixth entry on the tally. The 14-track set, released September 19 via Ugly Records, follows their chart-topping 2018 release Beast from the East.
Meanwhile, Bob Marley and the Wailers’ Legend extends its record to 298 non-consecutive weeks at #1. The Best of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection holds at #2, while Sean Paul’s The Trinity—celebrating its 20th anniversary—rises to #3. World on Fire by Stick Figure and Greatest Hits by UB40 round out the top five.
Other notables on the reggae tally include Sean Paul’s Dutty Rock (#6), Stick Figure’s Wisdom (#8) and Set in Stone(#9), and Damian Marley’s Welcome to Jamrock at #10.
On regional charts:
- Khago’s 2 Time spends a third consecutive week at #1.
- Kashief Lindo’s Where Do I Fit In climbs into the top 10 at #10.
- New entries include Special Lady by Richie Stephens (#22), Single Mothers by D’Angel (#23), and a cover of To All the Girls I’ve Loved Before by Leroy Sibbles & Andrew Cassanova.
On the New York Reggae Chart, How Dem Fi Fight Reggae Music by Sizzla and Bounty Killer holds #1 for a third week. Khago’s 2 Time debuts at #25, while Derrick Scott’s gospel single Where Could I Go (But to the Lord) enters at #28.
