Wall Street Trader strikes in ‘Jolly Man’ Memorial

UNITED States-bred WALL STREET TRADER yesterday pounced on an exhausted SHE’S THAT GIRL a half-furlong out to win the Vassell ‘Jolly Man’ Najair Memorial going away under a hand ride, completing a two-timer for four-pound claimer Jaheim Anderson on the nine-race card. Stalking a hot pace set by SHE’S THAT GIRL chasing CALIFORNIA CROWN down the backstretch of the five-and-a-half-furlong event, WALL STREET TRADER improved into third in the stretch run, going past fellow American FIT TO FIRE, who had finished ahead of him when second to OF A REVOLUTION on September 26.
