Ribbiz Ocean Lounge to officially reopen

After a battering from Hurricane Beryl, the proprietors of Ribbiz Ocean Lounge, located on the waterfront in downtown Kingston, disclosed that extensive repairs have been undertaken and the facility is now back open to welcome guests. It was confirmed that most of the windows had to be replaced and the exterior deck had to be rebuilt, however, the owners are happy to report that the lounge will officially reopen today (Friday) with a block party. “We know how customers look forward to dining on the waterfront especially now being summer, lots of families spend time there and the onus fell on us, as owners of the Ribbiz brand to continue to deliver an exceptional experience for them,” said Brian ‘Ribbi’ Chung, co-director Ribbiz. The reopening block party features the immortal Stone Love. The event kicks off at 9 p.m. and admission is free. Food and drink will be on sale.
