DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (CMC): Both West Indies and India have been penalised by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for slow over rates during Saturday’s third and final One-Day International. India were fined 20 per cent of their match fees while West Indies were docked 10 per cent after being found four and two overs short, respectively, of the required over rate once time allowances were taken into account.
