Earlier, the tourists who resumed on 324 for 7 were bowled out for 332 in their first innings.
Ruan de Swardt made 86, Schalk Engelbrecht 77 and Nqaba Peter made 50.
Anderson Phillip picked up 5 for 67 and Greaves 2 for 48.
