The West Indies were 124 for 9 after 22 overs in the first One-Day International against England at Edgbaston, Birmingham.
Shai Hope top-scored for the Windies with 25. Openers Brandon King, 10, and Justin Greaves, 4, were dismissed early. Kaceay Carty, 22, provided the next best resistance.
Gudakesh Mottie and Andrew Jewel were the only other batters to reach double figures.
Earlier, the hosts made 400 for 8 off their 50 overs.
Jacob Bethell made 82 off 53 balls, captain Harry Brook 58, Joe Root 57 and Ben Duckett 67.
Jayden Seales took 4 for 84 and Alzarri Joseph 2 for 69.
