Coach of the West Indies women, Shane Deitz, says Bangladesh’s tour of the Caribbean gives players an opportunity to cement their place in the first eleven.
The Windies are set to play Bangladesh in 3-ODIs and three T20 Internationals.
The first One Dayer is set for Warner Park, on January 19.
Deitz says the players will use the series as part of their preparation for the ICC World Cup qualifiers later this month.
He says the Caribbean side wants to redeem its self following their 3-nil ODI series defeat on their tour of India, in December.
