Karishma Ramharack and Afy Fletcher each took 2-wickets.
In reply, the Caribbean women made 148 for 4 inside 19 overs.
Captain Hayley Matthews hit 65 off 50 balls, while While Shermaine Campbell made 42.
Marizanne Kapp took two wickets.
