Afy Fletcher at 15th is the best West Indian bowler with Matthews sitting at 18th.
On the ODI batting table, Matthews sits at fourth.
However, while still a far way out of the top 10, Aaliyah Alleyne and Qiana Joseph have made notable upward moves.
Alleyne at 76 moved up 15-places, while Josephs at 82 jumped 22 places.
