Wolmer’s beat Norman Manley High by 27-runs in the Urban Area ISSA First Global Bank Schoolboy T20 Cricket Championships at Nelson’s Oval, on Thursday.

Batting first, Wolmer’s 132 for 8 off their 20 overs.

Joel Williams made 34, Joshuah Channer 27 and Kahil Silvera 27. Alonzo Reddy, Shamri Foster and Najay Anderson each picked up two wickets.

In reply, Norman Manley were bowled out for 105.

Nathan Lalor made 32, and reddy 23. Brian Largie finish with 3 for 19, while Williams, Silvera and Ansel Crawford took two wickets each.

Meanwhile, hosts Calabar beat Port Antonio High by five wickets.

Calabar made 99 for 5, with Tyrone Smith top scoring with 34. Anthoey Palmer took three wickets.

Chasing 100 to win, Port Antonio made 97 for 7 off their 20 overs. Palmer made 20. Smith and Jaydon Lynch picked up two wickets each.

And Jamaica College beat Tarrant by 389-runs.

JC piled up 422 for 3 off their 20 overs. Josiah Neil made 217 and Danza Hyatt scored 123.

In reply, Tarrant were bowled out for 33. Savio Jones picked up 3 for 7 and Dornel Bennett 2 for 5.
