Wolmer’s coach backs team to overcome deficit in postponed game

Wolmer’s Boys’ head coach Haron Martin believes his players have more than enough time to overturn their 1-0 deficit against Jamaica College (JC) after yesterday’s postponement of their ISSA Manning Cup Group A second-round fixture at Ashenheim Stadium. The match between Wolmers and JC was postponed after the referee called off the game in the second half because of heavy rain. JC had held a close 1-0 lead over the Wolmerians through a strike from Akheary Senior with approximately 30 minutes left on the clock.
