Wolmer’s, Queen’s among big winners

Wolmer’s Girls’ and Queen’s High were among the big winners in the latest round of the ISSA schoolgirls’ netball competition, recording convincing victories in their Under-16 matches on Friday. Wolmer’s dominated Waterford 45-2, while Queen’s defeated Papine 33-16 as action continued across the island. Gaynstead were also in impressive form, beating Camperdown 30-9 in the Under-16 section before the defending champions secured a 29-17 victory over the same opponents in the Under-19 category.
