For many children, growing up means learning new things every day. But for young people living with Type 1 diabetes, growing up also means learning how to manage lifelong conditions from checking blood sugar levels to taking insulin and making careful health choices. This week, a group of young diabetes warriors are coming together in Belize City for a camp designed not only to educate them, but to remind them that they are not alone.
