Young Sunshine Girlz Begins Preparation Work 

Coach of Jamaica’s under-16 netball team, Kerry-Ann Brown, says the recent Netball Jamaica Development Youth Summer Invitational represents an early start to the team’s preparation for the 2026 Caribbean tournament.

The young Sunshine Girls defeated Norman Manley 35-21 to lift the trophy in the second staging of the Invitational.

The under-16s won three of the 4 sectional awards on offer.

Brown says the players showed good work ethics.
