$10,000 Reward Offered After Pawn Shop Burglary in Belize City

A cash reward of ten thousand dollars is being offered to anyone who can assist in identifying those responsible for a late-night burglary last night in Belize City.  Kephawn’s Pawn Shop on Regent Street West was broken into and all the gold jewelry taken from the safe.  According to the business owner, once the information given is verified, the award will be given.  Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers or 922-TIPS or contact the owner directly at 615-4403.  Love News understands that the burglars disconnected the surveillance equipment and took that along with the jewelry.  Police are yet to issue an official report on this incident.
