Former captain Kraigge Brathwaite will appear in his 100th test match for West Indies when the Caribbean team battles Australia in game two of their three match series at the nationals St. Stadium in St. Georges Grenada starting on Thursday.
Brathwaite who made his test debut against Pakistan in 2011, will become the third Bajan behind Gordon Greenidge and Desmond Haynes to appear in 100 test matches and only the ninth West Indies player to do so.
The West Indies lost the first test by 159 runs in Barbados last week, and though there’s a consideration to bring in an extra quick in Anderson Phillip for Jomel Warrican, coach Daren Sammy hints they could go with an unchanged team.
It will be the fifth test match ever at the ground and the third since 2009.
Sammy says they are somewhat familiar with the wicket.

Australia will be bolstered by the return of their star batsman Steve Smith who missed the Kensington Oval test with a fiunger injury and he comes in for Josh Inglis.
