Police are investigating the case of a red Nissan Rogue SUV riddled with bullet holes, which was discovered early Friday morning on Jane Usher Boulevard in Belize City. According to reports, just after five o’clock, officers from the Crimes Investigation Branch, Precinct Two, were alerted by the Belize City Police Control Room about the vehicle, which appeared to have been damaged by gunfire. Upon arrival, police observed the red Nissan Rogue, parked on the right side of the boulevard facing west toward the dead end, showing multiple bullet impacts. Checks of the vehicle revealed that all doors were locked, and no occupants or victims were found either inside or nearby. Further investigation led police to a secondary scene on Curl Thompson Street, where a blue Pontiac Vibe and a grey Chevy Cruze were discovered with damage to the left driver and passenger doors, consistent with paint transfer from the red Nissan Rogue. At this time, no witnesses or complainants have come forward, and no injuries have been reported in connection with the incident. Police continue to process the findings as investigations remain ongoing.
