Elmer Nah Takes the Stand in Triple Murder Trial of the Ramnarace Family

Elmer Nah takes the stand today as Justice Nigel Pilgerim declares the voir dire an end in relation to the triple murder of Jon, Vivian, and David Ramnarace back on New Year’s Eve of 2022.

 Today in court, Nah, called on his cousin as an alibi witness for his defence. Before the voir dire came to an end, Nah’s witness told the court, “He saw what happened and that he was with Nah between 6 to 9 pm and that it was he who heard gunshots when they ranged out in the area on New Year’s Eve, 2022.” The witness also defended the use of a headlight by Nah, stating that his livestock, especially his chickens, were being stolen due to the holiday Season.

 As the voir dire comes to an end, the question of whether Justice Pilgrim will rule the statement by Vivian Ramanarace admissible or inadmissible. Justice Pilgrim has until the end of the year to hand down his decision on the submission made by the Crown and the Defence.
