Fraser Pryce Among 16 Jamaicans Set for Action at Meet in Switzerland

Shelly-Ann Fraser Pryce is among 14 Jamaicans entered to compete at the World Athletics Continental track and field meeting in Luzern Switzerland tomorrow.

Fraser Pryce who’ll be competing at her last Olympic Games in Paris this Summer, will run in the women’s 100m at the Spitzen Leichtathleticks alongside compatriots , Serena Cole, Briana Williams, Jodean Williams, Krystal Sloley, Sasha Lee Forbes, Serena Cole, Kishawna Niles and Kemba Nelson

The men’s 100m will have former National Champion Rohan Watson.

National record holder Rusheen McDonald is down for the men’s 400m while Stacey-Ann Williams runs in the women’s race

Reigning World Champion Danielle Williams and Amoi Brown will compete in the 100m hurdles while on the men’s side National Champion Rasheed Broadbell is the lone Jamaican entered for the event.

Lanae Tava Thomas will run in the women’s 200m where Cole and Williams will also have lanes.
