Gospel artiste Kevin Downswell says he is truly humbled to receive the Order of Distinction.
He says it represents a testimony of God’s grace and the lives he has touched along the way.
Speaking with IRIE FM today, the ‘You Make Me Stronger’ hitmaker says the award also belongs to those who have supported him over the course of his career.
The Gospel artiste will receive the honour for his contribution to gospel music locally and internationally at the National Honours and Awards ceremony to be held in October.
Reggae songstress Etana and Legendary Producer King Jammy are also among those in the entertainment industry who will receive national honors.
