Junior Reggae Boyz Split Wins Against Soca Warriors in Friendlies

Jamaica’s men’s under-18 team beat Trinidad and Tobago 2-1 in the second of two friendlies at the UWI Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence on Sunday.

Salim Soanes gave the visitors the lead in the 15th minute, before Glenmuir High’s Orel Miller found the equaliser for the young Reggae Boyz in the 38th minute.

Mount Pleasant Academy’s Jahmari Nolan scored in the 61st minute to secure Jamaica’s triumph.

Assistant coach of Jamaica, Carlton Simmons, says the players showed maturity.
