2016 Olympic champion, Omar McLeod, believes he’s on his way back to world class form after winning the 110-metres hurdles at the Paavo Nurmi Games, a World Continental Gold meeting in Turkey on Tuesday.
McLeod won the event in 13.25 seconds.
After taking a break last year, McLeod says he’s again experiencing what it feels like to run fast.
He says there are a few areas in his technique that need fixing before he’s ready for the national trials and Olympics.
