Legendary coach, Glen Mills, says Olympic double sprint champion, Elaine Thompson-Herah, has been a great ambassador for the country through track and field.
Mills says Thompson-Herah’s performances over the years have established her as one of the best sprinters of all times.
Thompson-Herah was hoping to become the first woman and only the second person in history to win the sprint double at three consecutive Olympics.
However, the 32-year-old will not be able to defend her titles due to injury.
Mills says injury may have robbed the world of a piece of history.
